  • Minutes from the add-on are available after the minutes from the tariff package have been used, while connection establishment is not charged. Minutes are valid only in national traffic.
  • The tariff supplement is available with all old and new postpaid packages intended for individuals.
  • For all postpaid users (except users of Prenesi and Dopuni tariff packages), the add-on is automatically extended every month until the user deactivates it.
 
 

Terms of use and activation methods

Terms of use

For all postpaid users (except users of Prenesi i Dopuni package) the above add-ons will be automatically renewed every month until the user decides to deactivate them.
 
Tariff add-ons for users of Prenesi i Dopuni package are charged from credit top-ups. For users of these packages tariff add-ons will not be renewed automatically, but it is necessary for the users to reactivate them after expiry of the tariff add-on (30 days after its activation date), if they wish to continue using it in the following month.
 
A user can have only one active tariff add-on for minutes in national traffic (50 minutes, 100 minutes, 200 minutes).
 
For using all tariff add-ons, a full amount of monthly subscription must be paid for the add-on, but the full amount of traffic shall be received both in the first and in the last month of its use. Tariff add-ons for minutes are deactivated at the end of the accounting period in which the request for deactivation is submitted.
 
Traffic from the add-on which is not used up cannot be transferred to the following accounting periods.
Minutes, messages and megabytes within tariff add-ons apply only to national traffic.


It is possible to activate and deactivate tariff add-ons in the following ways:

  • By sending a relevant code in a SMS message to number  9000
  • Via Yettel Yettel application
  • Via portal Yettel
  • By USSD menu  *111#
  • By calling the voice machine or operator at  063/9000
  • By a visit to a Yettel store
