Roaming tariff MB till the end of the day detailed information
After you have used up the daily quota, if you need an additional amount of internet traffic, you can activate it quickly and easily:
- by free call to the number *120*10# (if you use the Roaming tariff 10MB until the end of the day) or *120*50# (if you use the Roaming tariff 50MB until the end of the day)
- by sending an SMS message with the text "JOS 10MB" or "JOS 50MB" to the number 9000 (due to the specificity of the service, activation of the additional quota via call and SMS is also possible for business users).
SMS messages are charged according to the valid MB Roaming tariff until the end of the day, for the country in which you are located.
Users can activate only the additional quota that is identical to their basic quota - so users who use the Roaming tariff 10MB until the end of the day can activate only the additional quota of 10MB, and users who use the Roaming tariff 50Mb until the end of the day can only activate the additional quota of 50 MB. The additional quota can be activated an unlimited number of times during the day. An additional quota can be activated only after all Internet traffic from the daily quota or the previously activated additional quota has been consumed.
Users can check the status of the remaining traffic in the daily or additional quota at any time by calling *110# for free.
The daily or additional quota is valid until midnight Central European time (ie Serbian time), regardless of the country in which the user is located. Due to technical limitations, we cannot guarantee that the quota will be valid until midnight, but the actual quota validity period is until some moment between 00:00 and 01:00 hours in Serbia. During that period, the quota is reset at some point, and the daily quota for the following day begins to apply.
In the Roaming tariff 10MB until the end of the day, the first 3MB of traffic are charged according to the traffic used, per one kilobyte, without rounding! The price per kilobyte in Zone 1 (all European countries except Russia) is 0.35 dinars. This means that if the user spends e.g. 50 kB, that traffic will be charged 16.5 dinars.
If the user (in Zone 1) consumes 3MB in one day, he will be charged RSD 1,090, and the next 7MB are completely free! This practically means that the user in this case cannot make a daily consumption of more than 1,090 dinars, unless he does not want to, i.e. if it does not activate the additional quota. This prevents smartphones from running up huge bills without the user's knowledge.
In satellite, maritime and air networks, the prices and conditions of the Standard Roaming Tariff apply.
Deactivation
If you would like to switch from the MB Roaming tariff untill the end of the day to the Standard Roaming tariff, you can do so in one of the following ways:
- By sending an SMS message with the text "TS STOP" to the number 9000 - this method of deactivation is also possible from roaming, with the fact that sending this SMS message is charged according to the Standard roaming tariff.
- By calling the Yettel Contact Center at 063/9000
- In Yettel stores
Deactivation of the more favorable MB Roaming tariff by the end of the day implies automatic switching to the Standard roaming tariff, and traffic generated from the moment of deactivation will be charged in accordance with the price list of the Standard roaming tariff.
After attempting deactivation in any of the above-mentioned ways, it is necessary to wait for an SMS message informing you of the outcome of the deactivation. Only after receiving the SMS confirmation of successful deactivation, the application of the standard roaming tariff starts again
