Postpaid users can deactivate Telenor add-on “Add international calls” in one of the following ways:
 
  • sending a free SMS in " MP STOP" format to number 9000 
  • over “My Menu” at code *111#
  • by calling voice machine on 063/9000 (button 2, option 6)
 
For prepaid users the tariff add-on will be valid for 30 days as of the activation date and for postpaid users it will be valid till the end of the calendar month and will be automatically renewed for as long as the user remains registered. Deactivating is done by sending a free SMS message with the text “MP STOP” to number 9000.

Terms of use

Prepaid users:


  • Call set-up fee is not charged, and calls are charged by rounding per minute .
  • The user cannot activate the Yettel add-on if he doesn’t have enough money in his account.
  • If a prepaid user wants to shift to postpaid, and is already using Yettel add-ons, they shall not be transferred to his postpaid account.
  • If a prepaid user wants to change a tariff package within prepaid, and already has activated Yettel add-ons, these shall not be transferred to his new tariff package.
  • When making a transfer from prepaid to postpaid, a customer loses currently activated Yettel add-ons. After the transfer, the tariff add-ons can be reactivated.

Postpaid users:

  • Yettel add-on “Add international calls” cannot be activated by users of the Yettel Internet package.
  • Call set-up fee is not charged, and calls are charged by rounding per minute .
  • Yettel add-ons are activated as of the date of request.
  • Request for deactivation of Yettel add-on will be active from the moment of receiving the request.
  • Subscription to Yettel add-on is automatically extended until the subscriber cancels his subscription to Yettel add-on.
  • If a postpaid user wishes to change a tariff package within postpaid, and already has activated Yettel add-on, these shall not be transferred to his new postpaid account.
  • Postpaid users can deactivate and activate again Yettel add-on at the same time during one billing period.
  • The subscriber loses currently activated tariff packages when changing ownership.
