In order to activate "Call divert" service to a different fixed-line or mobile telephone number it is necessary to choose the Divert (Call Forward or Call Related Features, depending on the handset model), and then select in which of the following four cases the call should be diverted:

Unconditional

With this type of call redirection all incoming calls to the subscriber’s mobile handset are redirected to a different mobile or fixed-line telephone number.

If busy

The call is redirected only in the event that the mobile telephone number is busy.

Unreachable

The call is redirected in the event that the mobile telephone is switched off, if the battery is low or is not within the network coverage zone.

No reply

The call is redirected in the event that the subscriber does not answer the call.
The system is configured so that call is redirected 25 seconds after the beginning of the ringtone. Certain handsets allow the user to set the ringtone length before redirection.

After choosing one of these options it is necessary to activate them (by choosing the option Activate), and then entering the number to which you wish to redirect the call.

If you with to cancel all call redirection it is necessary to choose the Cancel All, within the Divert (Call Forward or Call Related Features) section, or enter the code #002# in the main screen.

Note: Call divert is charged in accordance with the tariff package, with the exception of call redirection to your VoiceMail.
