Prepaid registration
According to the new Law on Electronic Communications, registration of prepaid users will be mandatory from February 10, 2025. All new and existing unregistered prepaid users are required to register their prepaid number by the specified date.
Users who registered before October 1, 2018. need to reregister their prepaid number, so that the registration is in accordance with the requirements of the new regulation. Registration can be done at the nearest Yettel store.
All users who remain unregistered after October 2, 2025. will be able to communicate only with emergency numbers or the Yettel contact center the following 90 days. After the specified 90 days, all unregistered numbers will be deactivated.
Register your prepaid number in time

- Visit any Yettel store
ID documents with which you can register:
- Serbian citizens: : Personal ID or passport
- Foreign citizens without temporary or permanent residence in Serbia: ID issued by the countries whose citizens can enter Serbia with an ID or passport
- Foreign citizens with temporary residence in Serbia: passport, ED number and application for residency in Serbia
- Foreign citizens with permanent residence in Serbia: ID for foreigners
- Diplomats: diplomatic ID
