Short code dialing is a service that enables the assignment or choice of private numeration within a company. Calls within a group can be initiated by dialing only the assigned short code.
Outgoing calls restriction is a service that enables different restrictions on outgoing calls:
1. Restriction of all outgoing calls within group
2. Restriction of outgoing calls to international destinations
3. Time profile „Working hours“ with a possibility to define different restrictions within and outside working hours (predefined Monday-Friday 8 to 18 hours, with a possibility to switch to needed interval)
Incoming calls restriction enables incoming calls to be restricted to group members per several profiles:
1. Restricted incoming calls from numbers outside closed (VPN) group
2. Restricted incoming calls from international destinations
3. Restricted incoming calls outside defined Working hours
Restrictions can be assigned on a subscriber or a group level. Within one closed group it is possible to define several groups with different restrictions on outgoing calls.
Number presentation enables VPN group members to present their number when calling other numbers in a special, chosen way, even as a short code. This number can be called back.
Advanced Call Distribution/Hunting group is a service that enables the existence of a special group of numbers within VPN which are „hidden“ behind one special number, which is a kind of a mobile call center. When such a number is connected to a group of employee numbers, one of the group users can be contacted with the Hunting group mechanism. If one number in a group doesn’t respond to a call, it is immediately forwarded to other numbers within that group, or to an alternative destination such as an operator or phone switch.
Fixed lines within the closed group give Yettel business customers the possibility to include in the VPN group a certain number of fixed lines. Calls to those lines in the group are charged 2,28 RSD per minute (VAT included). Calls from those fixed lines are charged per fixed telephony pricelist. The following pattern is applied when including fixed lines in the VPN group:
- For 20 mobile lines – 2 fixed lines
- For 50 mobile lines – 5 fixed lines
- For 100 mobile lines – 10 fixed lines
- For 300 and mobile lines – 15 fixed lines
