Below you can download a form for porting a fixed number. The request should be printed, completed, signed and submitted with a stamp in a Yettel shop. 

A request can be rejected by the donor operator for the following reasons:

• Submitted by an unauthorized person;
• Incomplete or with incorrect data;
• Established that there are subscribers’ outstanding due debts;
• There is a contract obligation for the number;
• The number is in the donor’s network less than six months;
• The number is non-existent, temporarily or permanently disconnected from the donor’s network;
• The number porting request is at the same time a request for the change of geographic code;
• Request for porting a number for a series of connected numbers. Like with MNP process, the request should relate to all numbers under one contract, i.e. when an aggregate contract is in question, all numbers must be ported. If numbers are under several contracts, as many requests have to be created (requests shall be created by Sales engineers, more about this in the part intended for business sale).

In case of a negative answer of the donor operator, the request is closed as rejected and a new request can be filed after the disputable data is regulated or corrected.
