That is why Yettel has created a simple and fully digital registration process in Yettel application, with many benefits for users. Thus, for example, everyone who registers can participate in the scratch where one of the benefits is a possibility of buying a phone for one dinar.
„We wish to help customers register their prepaid number as soon as possible so that they can continue using it. That is why we have made it possible for them to complete this process intuitively, fully digitally and fast in our application. The identification process is done in several steps, without going to the shop. Customers should only take a photo of their personal identification document, personal identity card or passport, and then their face, which is in line with the remote identification standards. After successful identification they can get one of numerous benefits we have prepared", says Aleksandra Mišić Dodić, Marketing and Digitalisation Director in Yettel..
A scratch is waiting for customers in the application in which they can get one of the benefits such as a possibility of purchasing a phone for one dinar, without contract obligation, with additional internet, SMS messages or minutes for voice traffic.
