Through our application, customers have a possibility to intuitively and in just a couple of clicks register their prepaid number. Now, they have one more option at their disposal, which is also simple, and implies just a few steps and is available thanks to cooperation with IT and eGovernment Office. As the deadline for registration is approaching, we wish to help customers register their prepaid numbers as soon as possible so they can continue to use them without problems”, said Goran Vasić.

This solution not only saves the customers’ time, but also significantly raises the level of security of and trust in mobile services. Registration of prepaid users represents an important step towards modernisation and increased security in the telecommunication sector, in line with the highest European standards. the IT and eGovernment Office will continue to provide its electronic services to the economy, banking and telecommunication sectors with the aim of further digitalisation in the Republic of Serbia,” said Director Jovanović, adding that with 2.4 million eCitizens on the Portal, eGovernment is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, wherever you may be.
All customers who remain unregistered after February 10, 2025, in the following 90 days will be able to communicate only with numbers of emergency services or Yettel Contact Centre. After these 90 days elapse, all unregistered numbers will be deactivated.
