Parking and city transportation payment also in Yettel application

Belgrade, October 9, 2023 – As of October 1, Belgraders can initiate the payment of city transportation service from Yettel application, while paying car parking is possible in towns all over Serbia.

In the application, Yettel customers can get information in real time about parking and bus zones and prices. For the time being, tickets for city transportation can be bought in Belgrade, while the service of sending parking messages covers 45 towns and municipalities. In the next period, the plan is to enable the parking payment with Yettel application in the remaining territories and zones all over the country where parking is paid.

“Currently 1.3 million people are using Yettel application every month and that number is constantly growing. Customers can at any moment activate services, have insight into traffic and usage, pay the e-bill and many other things. For others, there is Yettel Shopping, as platform for discounts, Green tracks for better orientation in the nature. Now, payment of parking and city transportation is available to Yettel customers through our application. In the next period, the plan is to introduce additional functionalities and continue work on platform development”, says Saša Filipović, Chief Commercial Officer at Yettel.

Yettel application has been ranked as the best national application by the telecommunication sector at Google App Store. Some of the services on Yettel platform are open to all interested parties. Still, the largest benefits are intended precisely for Yettel customers and are aimed at saving the customers’ time and increase their life quality using modern technologies.
