MANAGEMENT OF VAS SERVICE POSSIBLE FROM NOW ON IN YETTEL APPLICATION
Management of VAS service possible from now on in Yettel application
Belgrade,
March 12, 2024 – Within its application, Yettel has enabled
it customers to follow the costs and subscription to service offered by VAS
content providers, and to cancel them in a simple way.
Customers can access the
details for each payment, including the name of the service and provider, as
well as contact information which they can use for inquiries or complaints. Those
who wish to cancel subscription to one of VAS services, have at their disposal
the Blacklist function that will protect them from current or future charges of
this type.
“Same as till now, we will continue to provide this service, in a restricted and controlled way in line with all the valid regulations. However, customers wanted a more practical solution for managing the additional services, which we have enabled in this way. The new functionality within Yettel application makes it possible for them to quickly and simply follow or cancel VAS services,” said Vojin Kličković, Digital Services and Contents Manager in Yettel.
VAS, i.e. "Value Added Service"
is the name of services which are charged by third parties, not the operator. Among
them are also sites for games, horoscope or other services.
