ARLEMM 2022 event finished
Over 10 thousand people enjoyed good quality classical, jazz, and spiritual music
Arilje, July 31 – Over 10 thousand people visited the thirteenth in a
row ARLEMM, which lasted 16 days, with concerts, lectures, and classes of the
leading musicians from all over the world. This year's event was marked by
concerts of GRMI Orchestra, group Kalem, Zvonko Bogdan, The First Belgrade Glee
Club, and many others. This year too, events were broadcast live over the
Yettel network so that music lovers could follow concerts from any place in the
world.
"It's a special feeling to organize a festival in smaller
communities and make such a brand as ARLEMM is today. It was worth the
while" – event organizers shared their impressions.
Around 150 young attendants from the country and abroad had a chance to
work with superior lecturers and professors of violin, violoncello, contrabass,
piano, viola, spiritual chanting, flute, chamber music, solo singing, and
guitar, and then show their talent at concerts in the open.
The founder and organizer of the non-profit event ARLEMM is the
Association for Spreading and Stimulating Music Culture in Serbia – MUZIKUS.
The implementation was supported by the Ministry of Culture and Information,
SOKOJ, Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Municipality and
Library of Arilje, Extreme Intimo brand, Austrian Cultural Forum, Goethe
Institute, Spanish "Pais Fund" and Yettel Foundation.
