Terms of use SkyShowtime

 

The SkyShowtime service means watching content on demand and includes a catalog of film and series characters with a large library of blockbuster films, exclusive series and classics. The content is fully localized with translations and dubbing for children's content. 


Devices


The SkyShowtime service is available for computers, smartphones, tablets and TV devices and is supported on Android and iOS operating systems. SkyShowtime service is enabled in 2 parallel streams and on 5 devices.


Terms of use

  • You can activate the SkyShowtime service through the Yettel application or Web portal.
  • You need an internet connection to access the SkyShowtime app.
  • Before registering, you need to familiarize yourself with the terms of use of the SkyShowtime service  on the SkyShowtime website.
  • The monthly fee for using the SkyShowtime service  is regulated by the Price List, which is available on the yettel.rs website for users of Yettel Serbia.
  • The SkyShowtime service is exclusively available on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
  • Yettel reserves the right to temporarily, partially or completely suspend or reduce the quality of use of the Application due to troubleshooting, maintenance and construction or overloading of the use of the Application.
  • Yettel may contact the user in connection with the activation, registration of the SkyShowtime service and providing information about the same. 
  • If you change the tariff package or for some other reason (non-payment of monthly bills, deactivation of the number, etc.) you will not be able to use it, the SkyShowtime service will be disabled.
  • SkyShowtime is available to all individuals of Yettel mobile services and Yettel TV services (except users of the Yettel TV M package without contractual obligation) through the Yettel application or Web portal.
  • If you are a user of Yettel kod Kuće L, Yettel Sve L or Hipernet Trio L package within the Yettel application, you can activate SkyShowtime without additional compensation.
  • If you are a Yettel TV tariff user, in addition to SkyShowtime content on the application, you also get two additional TV channels SkyShowtime 1 and SkyShowtime 2.
  • If you are a Yettel mobile service user within the Yettel application or Web portal, you can opt for SkyShowtime as an add-on that you can use without additional compensation if it is enabled by the conditions of your tariff package, otherwise the SkyShowtime service is  available for activation as a tariff supplement at a monthly price of RSD 499. Prepaid users of the mobile service pay a fee for a period of 30 days from the day the service is activated.
  • The activated add-on is automatically renewed every month, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the Yettel application or Web portal.

Responsibility and use of the SkyShowtime Service:

  • Yettel will not provide any information to SkyShowtime about its users.
  • The terms of use of SkyShowtime, including the application, are given on the owner's portal. SkyShowtime services SkyShowtime.rs, and the user is obliged to agree with them when activating the same.
  • The owner is fully responsible for the functioning of the SkyShowtime service.
  • Data that the user exchanges through the SkyShowtime service are the sole responsibility of the user.
