Brief service description

Max is an Application that includes an application, web and mobile version (hereinafter: Application) that provides access to Max is a streaming platform that for the first time brings the best stories from Warner Bros, DC and Cartoon Network productions in one place, with much more.

Max service is available on Android and iOS operating systems.

Yettel assigns 10GB of internet traffic to all postpaid users on the territory of Serbia (hereinafter: Users) upon activation of the Application, which is intended exclusively for its use in domestic traffic, so there is no need to worry about additional internet charges.

Note: Internet traffic intended for the use of the Max service is enabled exclusively for content playback. Searching within the application itself, as well as if you leave the Max environment, i.e. open other Internet links, Internet traffic will be charged according to the standard price list of the tariff plan you are using.

Terms of use

• In order for the user to access the Application, he must be connected to the Internet;
• Before registering the Application, Users will familiarize themselves with the terms of use of the Application on the Max website https://www.max.com/privacy/sr-emea;
• Roaming internet traffic will not be provided and will be charged at the current rate;
• Internet traffic can be activated regardless of which tariff package is used, if Internet traffic is enabled;
• The price of activating the Application is regulated by the Price List, which is provided on the yettel.rs website for users of Yettel Serbia;
• Users will be able to activate the Application through the Yettel application or web portal;
• Yettel is not responsible if internet traffic is charged, in case the user uses any type of access, and has not previously properly activated the Application;
• If you leave the Max environment, internet traffic will be charged at the standard rate;
• Internet traffic implies a continuous flow of data traffic that is required for active use of the Application;
• Yettel reserves the right to temporarily partially or completely suspend or reduce the quality of use of the Application due to troubleshooting, maintenance and construction or overloading of the use of the Application;
• If the user accesses the Application via another network (Wi-Fi, ADSL, mobile data from another provider, cable internet...), Yettel will not provide additional internet traffic for this service;
• Yettel may contact the User regarding activation, registration and providing information about the User;

Tariff addon

Starting from 23.04.2024. HBO Max service will no longer be available as a tariff supplement for new activations.

Total tariff plan

If you are a user of the Total tariff plan, within the Yettel application or the Yettel portal, you can opt for Max as an add-on that you can use without additional compensation within the package, with 10GB of internet traffic for using this Application.

Responsibility and use of the Max Application:

• Yettel d.o.o. will not provide any information to HBO about its users;
• The terms of use of Max, including the application, are given on the portal of the owner of the Application https://www.max.com/terms-of-use/sr-emea, and the user is obliged to agree with them when activating the same;
• Yettel is only responsible for internet traffic to access the Application;
• The owner is fully responsible for the functioning of the Application itself;
• The data that the user exchanges through the Application is the sole responsibility of the user;
• Yettel is not responsible for charging the traffic if there are configuration changes on the side of the Max Application, which are the sole responsibility of the owner of the same.

*Internet traffic is intended for use of the HBO Max service in domestic traffic. Yettel reserves the right to limit Internet traffic for the use of the HBO Max service in order to enable all users to use this Application under optimal conditions.
